| choitoy 2008-02-27 01:48:58 | Footlight records (who list themselves as the exclusive US retailer for Stage Door records) lists all other Stage Door items as regular audio CDs. They usually are pretty good at listing if stuff is a cd-r or not. So I'm assuming that it will be a real CD. On the Stage Door website, it does mention that they will be remastered transfers of the demo recordings done. Either way, this will still be the first CD release of the material. |
| Geoconno 2008-02-27 07:59:45 | Someone reported that the Stage Door discs of ON YOUR TOES/PAL JOEY and SHIRLEY BASSEY - THE EARLY YEARS that they received were CD-Rs. If you get any Stage Door discs, please let us know whether they are CDs or CD-Rs. I have heard this about Flare discs also. |
