Notes: Subtitled "a musical recollection", this has been described as the longest-running "original" Australian musical. It opened at Her Majesty's Theatre in Melbourne on 16 April 1977, and toured nationally for two years. The Queensland production, which opened in March 1979, starred Jon Paramor, Rod Dunbar and Diedre Rubinstein.
